During this one-hour session, Attorney Carly Ward will walk you through the basic elements to consider when evaluating a will or a trust for your estate plan. Learn the major differences, why an estate plan is important, what’s included, and what to do next.
Attendees walk with a better understanding of estate planning and thoughtful considerations for a will or a trust.  Each person will also know what to do next and not receive a complimentary copy of the estate planning book authored by Idaho Estate Planning’s founding attorney, Mark E. Wight. The book is titled Get Real: Planning for Life, Death and Disability and is a great learning tool and reference guide.
